These are the different phases in a project life cycle.

Requirement Phase
In this phase we will work with you to determine your business needs.
This can happen either through email or by phone or in person. This
will give us all the details about your business,
your goals, expectations, target audience, the message you are trying
to convey and your competition.
All
the information gathered in this phase will be useful for the next
phase of development. The contract is signed when there is agreement
on the feature requirements, the duration of the development and testing
phase. 40% advance is given before the next phase of work begins.
Development Phase
We come up with new concepts for your review. We keep in mind look
and feel, ease
of navigation, usability while we come up with the new concepts. We
usually give the clients a mockup home page and an interior page
for review. During the development phase, we do unlimited revisions
on any aspect of the web site design.
Once the design is finalized, we construct the pages
for your site using the page content given by you. We
will construct the site's navigation with usability's best practices,
create all the pages with graphics and content and other
components as needed. During this time we do unlimited revisions to
the content. We will stage the web site in an integration site for
review.
Testing Phase
During the testing
phase, we thoroughly test your site. Typically minor revisions and
improvements are applied to the web site.
Deployment
Before deployment the remaining fee should be paid. We will upload
all the files in your site and make it live.
After
completion of the web site, the entire web site content including
images, custom processing code, etc will be delivered to you in its
source form.
